Wildland fire risk assessment and fuel management planning on federal lands in the U.S. is a complex problem that often requires advanced fire behavior modeling and intensive spatial data analyses. ArcFuels streamlines the fuel management planning process. ArcFuels integrates a number of fire behavior models and corporate spatial data within a GIS framework. The system vastly simplifies spatial data manipulations and wildfire behavior analyses for designing and testing fuel treatment alternatives. This mailing list is for the distribution of information pertaining to ArcFuels version updates, upcoming ArcFuels training opportunities, and current news relating to fuel treatment planning. Using ArcFuels
To post a message to all the list members, send email to arcfuels@lists.arcfuels.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ArcFuels
